JCWCO TubeTrack® – How It’s Made

Hole patterns in our TUBETRACK® Channel and Angle Tray structural sections are made to close tolerances to perfectly fit with TUBETRACK® fittings and accessories. Our punch packages are specifically designed to closely repeat and align sequential punch patterns and to be easily changed between different tray materials, widths and patterns.

JCWCO UNIT-HEADER® Manifolds

First use on or about Feb. 2, 1968; our FLUID MANIFOLDS, originally made from aluminum extrusions of shapes to accommodate one or more pipe tap lines, were produced under the trade name UNIT-HEADER. The trademark was registered Dec. 30, 1969. UNIT-HEADER® has been maintained for over 49 years. Standard products are machined from 1” & 2” standard sch. 40 aluminum and heavy wall 304 & 316 stainless steel, 1” pipe sizes maintained in inventory. Consult Factory for other special non-welded UNIT-HEADER® manifolds.

JCWCO High Capacity cable-tray® Press

At James C White Co. we utilize modern machine tools and tooling technology, and the capability to design and make tooling for in-house manufacturing. Our closely coordinated inventory of raw materials and finished product, procurement, production scheduling and shipping allow for prompt turnaround to meet customer needs and replenish inventory.

JCWCO 3-Roll bender forms ocv channel fittings

Inside (ICV) & outside (OCV) vertical 2” deep channel bends of 12” and greater radius are formed from extruded or formed channel material on a CNC 3-Roll bender. Programs are saved for each TUBETRACK® and CABLE-RACE® ICV & OCV larger radius fittings for efficient change-over between different tray materials, channel widths and radii. 2” deep channel tray bends are available in 3”, 6” & 12” and can be made to most any greater radius.

JCWCO Factory Welding Department

Many Tray Fittings and most Instrument Mounting Stands are fabricated in our factory welding department. All welded products are engineered and inspected before being forwarded for painting, hot dip galvanizing, factory inventory or shipping. We successfully work with customers to create solutions for specific or unusual industrial requirements.

JCWCO NC-series precision, block, tubing clamps

JCWCO NC Series Tube Clamps are machined from solid stainless steel and are typically used in safety-related areas of nuclear power plants and facilities. Clamps components are machined and inspected to close tolerance so they are interchangeable with other components of the same lot. Available commercial or safety-related.

JCWCO Instrument mounting stands made to be – “Simply the Best”

Factory engineered, fabricated, finished and inspected. Catalog standard Hot Dip Galvanized shipped from stock. Made to order in Aluminum & 304 or 316 Stainless Steel. Powder Coat painted or other specific finishes. Ready for customer’s special requirements. Set up for prompt turn-a-round for non-stock orders. More than just a tube welded to a plate.
